Chaokoh Phi Phi Hotel And Resort- Sha Extra Plus, Phi Phi Don

The hotel has a lovely pool and a great location, but there were some significant downsides. The noise from other rooms made it difficult to sleep, and the customer service was lacking, which put a damper on our stay. The overall value for money wasn't great given the issues we experienced in our room and with the service.
